You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the service and for any activities or actions under your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may offer free trials at our discretion. You may be required to enter billing information to start a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the selected plan.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealerChasm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
